Mr. Davis experienced the death of his father at the age of 13. This launched him on a spiritual journey that lasted for almost 24 years. After periods of professed atheism and agnosticism and a general intellectual disdain for Christianity, Don was called by the grace of God on November 4th, 1994 at the age of 37. His rebirth was nothing short of miraculous. Since that time, he has had a passion for mining the wonderful depths of God's word. His passion is to mentor and teach God's word in a personal way that lifts the student into a stronger and deeper personal relationship with Christ. Don was married to Becky in 1980. This seemed a perfect union since both were professed atheists. Becky came from a family of atheists who shared Don's disdain for Christianity. When Don was radically called by Christ to accept His gift of grace, Becky was shaken to her core and feared for the future of their marriage. At the time they had three children with one on the way. Rather than push his wife, Don took the route of prayer and living by example. God answered those prayers. Six months after Don accepted Christ, Becky was also called. Since that time, they have shared the journey of growing in their relationship with Christ and with each other. Today they have been married over 38 years and are more in love each day thanks to the love of Christ in their lives.
