Dr. James Pedersen is currently the principal of South Plainfield High School in South Plainfield, New Jersey and also teaches undergraduate courses at Felician College and Essex County Community College in New Jersey. In this important work, Pedersen illuminates the antecedents and consequences associated with several different archetypical Millennial parents and in doing so helps bridge the distance to understanding between educators and parents.
