About the Author

Barry Midyet was born in a small town in the heart of the Texas Bible Belt. As he likes to say, as a teen he was baptized by a Nazarene minister in a Baptist Church , and later as an adult, just to be on the safe side, had it confirmed by an Episcopalian bishop. For 25 years, he worked as an electronics/ computer engineer, and for the last 25 years has devoted his life to studying the Bible and writing about it. One of his biggest claims to fame, other than helping man travel to the moon with huge (transistor and vacuum-tube) computers, is his annual predictions -- which for 25 years now have never failed to come to pass (within 1 to 2 years).
