About the Author

J. Richard Elliott, Ph.D., is a professor emeritus of chemical engineering at the University of Akron in Ohio. He is co-author of the thermodynamics section in Perry's Chemical Engineering Handbook and co-author of Introductory Chemical Engineering Thermodynamics with Carl Lira.

Vladimir Diky, Ph.D., is the project leader of the ThermoData Engine at the NIST TRC (Thermodynamics Research Center) Group, which supplies thermodynamic property data and data analysis tools for chemical engineering, research, public health, safety, and environment protection.

Thomas A. Knotts IV, Ph.D., is a professor of chemical engineering at Brigham Young University. He is a co-PI of the AIChE/DIPPR 801 database project.

W. Vincent Wilding, Ph.D., is a professor of chemical engineering at Brigham Young University. He is co-author of the Physical and Chemical Data section in Perry's Chemical Engineers' Handbook and a co-PI of the AIChE/DIPPR 801 database project.
