About the Author

Author and lawyer David Greig is a practicing family and divorce lawyer. He graduated from the University of Victoria in 1986 with a Law degree. After completing articles, he practiced for 7 years with a local firm. He then formed a partnership, (Greig, Wilson&Rasmussen LLP), where he worked as a litigator for 17 years. In 2010 he left that partnership and established South Coast Law Group, an independent practice (not a partnership). David is the author of two current Self-Counsel Press titles; Separation Agreement (2nd Ed), and Separation Guide published in 2011.
Ross Davidson qualified as a lawyer in 1988 having attended the University of British Columbia. Since then he has been in practice at James L. Davidson&Company and has the following preferred areas of practice: personal injury and ICBC claims, matrimonial law, real estate transactions, company law and wills&estates.
