About the Author

Waltere Asili Koti is the author of several books, including, "Fending off Suicidal thoughts," "You are Elected," "Understanding and Overcoming your Emotional Issues," "Understanding your Emotions," and recently, "The Power of Sex."
Waltere earned his master degree (MDiv) in theology from Capital Bible Seminary in Lanham Maryland and was completing his doctor of theology (ThD) degree from Faith Theological Seminary in Baltimore Maryland. He also completed several years of clinical pastoral education and practical training at several hospitals, including, the VA Medical Center in Hampton VA, Washington Adventist Hospital in Tacoma Park MD and Washington Hospital in Hagerstown MD. He is a board certified clinical chaplain and a board certified pastoral counselor. He worked as a clinical chaplain at Washington Adventist Hospital in Tacoma Park, MD.
He has counseled thousands dealing with all kinds of spiritual and emotional issues, like aloneness, loneliness, fear, anxiety, depression, sexual addictions, addictions in general, marital issues and even suicidal ideation.
He lives in the Baltimore area with his wife and family.
