Peter Nolan is Director of the China Centre, Jesus College; Founding Director, Centre of Development Studies; Chong Hua Professor in Chinese Development (Emeritus); Director of the China Executive Leadership Programme; and a Fellow of Jesus College, University of Cambridge.
