The Peanuts gang's 2015 big-screen debut brings with it beloved Vince Guaraldi classics from the '60s, including "Linus & Lucy," "Skating," and "Christmas Time Is Here," with versions newly recorded by Emmy-winning composer Christophe Beck (Frozen, The Muppets, The Hangover). The soundtrack also includes un-nostalgic doses of contemporary pop, namely the original song "Better When I'm Dancin'" by chart-topper Meghan Trainor, and Flo Rida's upbeat "That's What I Like" featuring Fitz. The bulk of The Peanuts Movie [Original Motion Picture Soundtrack] consists of a bright, symphonic original score by Beck befitting the good-natured family film. ~ Marcy Donelson
