Shiraoka Academy is an international finishing school for girls and boys. Hinata and Akira are two of the 32 girls who have been selected to join the academy at the beginning of the academic year. The girls are unaware that the academy uses harsh corporal punishment, humiliation and bondage to produce well-rounded students during their three year stay.
The walled grounds of the academy are situated in a remote district outside Tokyo - perfect for the private activities of the exclusive academy. All the Japanese students are orphans, so the sadistic mistresses, masters and governors have total control of their lives. With only Governors for oversight the academy has free rein in the use of the cane, tawse and many other forms of painful punishment and prolonged humiliations.
