About the Author

Coby Duffer is an executive and leader with a heart to train, coach and equip. From teaching scuba diving during and after college to his current role as a top trainer and advisor in the auto industry and mentoring many in his local church, Coby has observed first-hand how detrimental poor decision-making is to long-term success and happiness. Coby’s own mistakes and consequences during the early years as a husband, father and provider led him to the realization there must be a better way. The PAD Method became that better way. The PAD Method provides men and women of all ages the ability to set the foundation for solid decisions. Coby, his wife Angie, and four children have made the Dal-las/Fort Worth Metroplex home for over 25 years.
