The Order of Mischief is made up of those who can harness the energy around us and convert it. Immortality and infinite control are at the Order's hands.

One man, John Kilo Arthur, the leader of the Order, stands between its members and world domination. It is up to him to make sure the members of the Order do not use their abilities for evil but to help the world realize the true meaning of life.
