A thrilling tale of aventure and courage in which a small mouse and his animal friends set out to find his father who became separated from his family during a violent night storm. They believe he is lost in a neglected, overgrown and sinister old orchard that has an evil reputation as the haunt of fierce predators.
The story evolves on two levels. In the first instance it is an adventure story that will capture children's imagination and will bring them enjoyment. At another level, it conveys the message that with a cause to believe in and the help of friends even the smallest and most timid can achieve something worthwhile.
