That first year of nursing is super emotional and this is a short and sweet guide to help mentally prepare new nurses. From one Registered Nurse coming to another - nursing school only honestly provides an abundance of literature to new nurses and it is hard for school to prepare us for the "real" world of nursing. This is a guide may help "noob" and "new" nurses. However, anyone can find some of these words helpful... take step 18 for example - "Don't get into the politics at work". This is great advice for anyone entering a new job... and if you want to know more you've got to buy yourself a copy! It's cheaper than a cup of coffee!
