About the Author

Anna King is the author and illustrator for "The New Girl." She began writing this book since she was in fourth grade. She is the owner and designer for "Miss King Designs Studio" where she creates stories, designs, illustrations, photos, and videos. In her free time, she also enjoys writing, running, drawing, traveling, and riding horses. She graduated at Indiana Wesleyan University in 2020 with a double major in Business Administration and Illustration. She grew up in Chicago suburbs. She hopes that she can bring laughter and joy to people around her.
