Along with multiple color photographs and exacting technical standards for every breed, humor crops up from time to time (for the Dogo Argentino, "Keep a lint roller handy"; for the Norrbottenspets, "No squirrel will pass by unannounced"). New to this edition is a helpful chapter with "Green Light" and "Red Flag" tips for finding a responsible breeder. Most entries have contact information for dog breeders. VERDICT No need to discard the 21st edition, but consider updating collections with this latest iteration.
