About the Author

Sajata Epps is an artist, clothing, and textile designer running her lifestyle brand in the South Bronx. She has a retail shop/studio in the Mott Haven section of The Bronx, where she serves her community and runs her two clothing/accessory lines. Sajata is also an urban farmer who works with her community by building community wealth through crop planning and creative problem-solving.
