Overview

Essene wisdom teaches that Jesus was not the person described today by the religious. The discovery of the Dead Sea scrolls (that started in 1947) has shown that many words spoken by Jesus and quoted in the gospels were actually older than him. This means that they have not been created by him, but that he had learned them.
