The Murder on the Links
The Murder on the Links is the third mystery novel by Agatha Christie. It investigates Hercule Poirot in his second novel together with Arthur Hastings. It is the only novel from Christie's pen that is set almost exclusively in France. This is remarkable in that Christie lived in France for some time as a young woman. This novel contains a plot line in which Hastings meets his future wife, Dulcie Duveen. A development "much desired by Agatha Christie, she was able to deport him to Argentina after his marriage." By her own account, she did not like the character of Hastings that she created. Gröls Classics - English Edition
