About the Author

The award winning authors have been writers and publishers since 1985. This is their third fiction novel. Coker and Schneider began publishing legal newsletters for the environmental, land use and governmental sectors. Today they own and operate a digital repository of environmental documents in California. Their two previous general reading books include 'The Figurehead' a celebration of the 1998 Belfast Agreement, ending age old hostilities in Northern Ireland. The Figurehead was awarded a bronze medal for historic fiction. Any Port In A Storm, a collection of short stories, includes fiction, and creative non-fiction that is often for bizarre that fiction!

I REALLY enjoyed the book. It was very well written, great details....I could see it come to life in my mind very easily. I could also see it being a really good movie. It was great how the characters all ended up connecting. It had all of the great things you want in a book....mystery, romance, lost souls being found, interesting characters, happy ending, the acknowledgement of what differences pets make in our lives.
