About the Author

So, he made a decision to completely transform himself and started documenting his journey to living a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life.

In 2020, Linno made a courageous decision to step away from his tech career and dedicate himself full-time to coaching. He created an accountability group for morning routines called the Bullet-proof Morning, where he helped many find balance in their busy lives. Linno's unwavering mission is to help others flourish through healthy habits and personal growth, a testament to his commitment and expertise in this field.
