The Mexican Twins
Tonio and Tita are the children of a Mexican farmer. The story tells of their day-to-day activities, such as eating, going to school, and taking care of the animals. Tonio is a mischievous boy while Tia is portrayed as the more leveled headed one of the siblings. This story also covers Mexican holidays and the cultural way of life. Tonia and Tia enjoy celebrating interesting holidays such as Judas Day. They get lost and while spending the night in a cave stumble upon a group of Mexican resistant fighters, a unique glimpse of Mexican culture at the beginning of the 19th century. Illustrated with creative and humorous drawings by the author.

I hope you enjoy this book. When I first started reading books on my Nook Library I noticed that there are many free classics available. However the formatting is terrible and some are unreadable because of errors in the text. Therefore, I decided to start publishing quality classics that included chapter breaks, table of contents, linked chapters, and illustrations when available. Keep your eye out for inspirational stories from us, EirenikosPress.
