CHAPTER 1

God has a plan to embrace all mankind, there' s not a man worthy to arrest the sin bind. From the beginning in Genesis with Adam and Eve, they yielded to temptation and now we all grieve.

Challenged with life's tests, having sin on our chest, but of course, God's plan will have much to ingest. God searched all the options, then mapped out His plan. It will have to involve a Jewish woman and man. To set the stage God will use Gabriel His Angel, he will tell them the plan and from every angle.

Now picture the scene in a little Galilee town, a pretty average place with cities all around. A place on the map where God is well known; wall to wall people from the youngest to the grown. God looked at a couple engaged to be married, named Mary and Joseph for with God they tarried. Joseph was linked through the blood-line of David, and Mary, a virgin, who was highly favored. A perfect match to fulfill the master plan; in good stead with God and also with man.

The Angel Gabriel was sent to tell them God's will, revealing step by step and how they fit the bill. First, to Mary when she was home all alone, and then told Joseph the picture full blown. God wants to impregnate Mary to deliver a son, and He will be the Savior to get the job done. Joseph replied, "But we aren't married yet! That will bring disgrace and I don't want to do that." Gabriel told them to keep it quiet for now, but listen out for instructions, the where and the how.

Gabriel also told Mary what happened six months ago, with her cousin Elisabeth being with child, also. Elisabeth and her husband Zacharias, up in age, wanted a child for years, but none on the stage. Unfortunately, Elisabeth wasn't able to get pregnant, and to live with that issue she felt a bit stagnant. Being a priest and all, both of them loved the Lord, so God will bless her even though it looks odd.

One day when Zacharias was working in the temple, I showed up there when there wasn't any people. At first he showed fear when he saw my face, but I told him to relax — he is in the right place. I told Zacharias that Elisabeth shall bare a son, and he will serve God and his name be John. Also John will be great in the eyes of the Lord, filled with the Holy Spirit and turn the people to God. He will never drink wine or even strong drink, but will honor God no matter what people think.

All this was great news, but Zacharias had doubt, and then told Gabriel, I will have to check this out. He said, I can't really see this happening for real, but for him to say that, it became a big deal. Gabriel replied, Being that you doubt my word, you shall become dumb with your voice not heard. Your voice will come back once Elisabeth gives birth, and everything fulfilled and for all it's worth.

Later Zacharias walked out the temple door, the people waiting for him and liked what they saw. They were impressed with how long he was there, but he couldn't speak — all he could do is stare. They figured he saw a vision or something, but didn't know the deal, and didn't hear nothing. When Zacharias had finished his work at the temple, he headed back home and it was seven days in total.
