Chelec Pinckney is the Pastor of Christian and Proud Outreach Ministry. Pastor Chelec was born and reared in Miami, Florida. She has an A.A. in Psychology; a B.S’ in Psychology (with a minor in Christian Counseling), and an M.S. in Human Services in Family and Marriage Counseling (from Liberty University). She is a certified facilitator for Prepare/Enrich (premarital and marital counseling program). Ms. Pinckney currently resides in South, Florida, where she lives with one of her five children.
Chelec is the mother of three daughters and two sons; she is a grandmother of three.
