About the Author

Creating a children's story has always been her lifelong dream and the release of The Manatee Special only marks the beginning of her journey! She attended Central Michigan University where she studied creative writing and illustrating. Jillian is from Michigan, she has lived in Florida, Arizona, Georgia and currently resides in Oceanside, California and is married with two young sons whom are the inspiration behind her in all of her creative aspirations.
