About the Author

James and Bernadine live in Florida with their dog, Barkley. They have nine wonderful grandchildren; six girls and three boys.
James taught math and economics whilst living in England. In California and Arizona, he worked as a banker, stockbroker, and insurance agent.
As well as being a homemaker, Bernadine, at one time, owned a book and gift store. She assisted in the research and editing of the first Roger Harper novel The Man Who Would Cheat At Cards.
This is the third book they have authored together, the others being The Man Who Would Stop A Clock and The Boy Who Wasn’t There.
