On my relationships blog I make it very clear that I am not looking for a man who merely says that he is a Christian; rather I am looking for the demonstrable fruits of a radically Christlike nature, and I am going to watch and evaluate for long enough to make sure that it is sincere, rather than just an elaborate pretence. Therefore, the effort that he would need to put in to be with me is unspeakably more expensive than the few meals he had cooked for her – and he knows it - and realising that cheered me up no end!
