Overview

There can only be 100%.

Any market is finite. Even if expanding, each competitor fights for market share of that 100%. Shares rise and fall relative to each other based on market share and return on equity.

The Long and Short of it explores the business reasons and the management successes and failures behind the market neutral philosophy.

While dozens of “how-to” books have been written for the professional and sophisticated investor audience, The Long and Short of it is targeted at the lay audience; not just investors but managers and business owners as well.

The Long and Short of it is not a “how-to” – it is a “how come.”

As a published author of non-fiction about the financial markets, I have crafted a concise book on management successes, mistakes and missteps that impact every business and are demonstrated by the adversarial nature of any market.
