THE LOCUST KING: A Midrash on the Wars of Gog and Magog according to Bible Prophecy and the Hebrew Gematria
I believe that we have entered the era spoken of in bible prophecy known as the wars of Gog and Magog, and the times of the Second Locust King. This is the beginning of the birth pangs of Messiah, and when the fourth and final Locust Kings has risen from out of the abyss, the Messiah will suddenly appear and strike down all of those that have defiled the earth, including the Locust King. Messianic Rabbi Yehoiakin-Barukh ben-Ya'ocov has written a truly unique interpretation of Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39, by going beyond the traditional interpretations of whether or not a particular nation represents Magog, into the mysterious and mystical Hebrew Gematria. This updated version now includes an explanation of the horrific events of the Black Shabbat of October 7th, 2023, when the murderous Hamas organization committed the most horrific massacre of Jews since the end of the holocaust and puts it into the context of the 1st War of Gog and magog through which we are now living.

About the Author

Rabbi Yehoiakin-Barukh ben-Ya'ocov converted to Messianic Judaism in 2003 and went on to study Messianic Theolgy under Rabbi John Popp, during which time he was a Cantor in Beth Shalom Messianic Fellowship in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. Later he entered Yeshiva and studied under Rabbi David L. Hall of blessed memory, Rosh Yeshiva, Yesodey ha-Emunah Yeshiva in Austin, Texas. In 2012 he received his ordination as a Messianic Rabbi and has gone on to write many works of both Messianic Jewish theologies, a work of faith-based fiction titled, Yeshua, Sha'ul and Barabbas. Under his English name, of Jay P. Newcomb, an entire series of works in the high fantasy genre tilted Visigothic. He says that the works of fantasy are also, fundamentally, works of religion; in that they conform to a high and noble biblical and medieval morality, without being works of doctrine in and of themselves.
