About the Author

Catherine Jaime has a fondness for historical fiction - particularly about Leonardo da Vinci. She wrote her first novel about him, Leonardo the Florentine. That has been followed up by three other novels about him, with more on the way.

When Catherine isn't writing about Leonardo da Vinci, she can often be found writing historical fiction about other topics. Her family-friendly historical novels include Failure in Philadelphia? (about the Constitutional Convention), The Gracie Jones Chronicles: Visiting the Vanderbilts (primarily about the Biltmore), York Proceeded On (about the Lewis and Clark Expedition from the perspective of Capt. Clark's slave, York) and The Attack Trilogy (about Wuerzburg, Shkodora, and Cappadocia)
