She appeared for a number of years on RTÉ's hugely popular Operation Transformation, and has featured on programmes such as Off the Rails, The Big Bite, Prime Time, The Late Late Show and Corrigan Knows Food. She is a regular contributor to a number of publications, including the Irish Daily Mail. She lives in Wicklow, Ireland with her husband, two sons and three dogs.
