Jack Claiborne has just caught his breath after the defeat of the ISIS brigade in the Jordanian desert. He has beaten his arch-enemy, Hafez Gamal Salafi, to a pulp and barely makes it to Israel.
As America crashes and burns from timid leadership, the public has rioted and gone off the grid, holing up in fortresses where they are a law unto themselves. His assignment is to bring the feudal, warring fortresses back into the American fold.
To restore the nation, Jack only has a Virginia fortress of good 'ol boys whose main military training appears to be from Hollywood.
Starting out without much hope for success, Jack finds the country infested with Islamic fortresses. They are bent on a guerrilla war in the heartland to destroy what's left of America.
And Salafi isn't done with Jack yet. Underneath the diabolic Islamic plot, Salafi is pulling the strings. With Salafi's vendetta smoldering nonstop, Jack has to keep his head on a swivel; defeating Salafi's attempts on his life are all in a day's work.
