Throughout humanities existence, humanity has sought to create change in itself. This change is shown by how each religion believes in and worships God. Although each religion seems to be different because it seems to worship different gods, each religion seems to be the same in its understanding of how to reach God.

Throughout Humanities existence, humanity has tried to be closer to god and has come to understand that those things that is not considered godly should not be done, while those things that will help you get closer to god are things that should be done.

This book is about doing more than good things. It seems that humanity has come to understand that those that do-good things should be seen or known as doing good things, when that is not always the case. Sometimes good things are not always done for others but are done for the self. In this instance others may not see the actual things that are done, but may (or may not) recognize the change in the person.

This book is about how change in a person is created through prayer, ritual and meditation. The majority of information was written first then resources that either verified the information or came close to the information were inserted into the information.

Deep down, I did not write this information for a person to agree with it, because agreement does not create a new understanding. Sometimes when a person challenges his/herself to find an understanding of what is written in this book, then the person may understand what I am really trying to do.

All that this book is trying to do is give you a new way of looking at things. It is my understanding that we are taught to understand things in a certain agreeable way. This way creates agreement amongst those that are taught that way.

Throughout this book, I have tried to concentrate on understandings which are based on truth. Yes, these understandings can be argued to be true or false, but I ask others to not argue them but to see them as the understandings that they are.
In the end, all I am trying to do is open your mind to understandings that will hopefully help you get closer to the truth.

I wrote this book so that it could be used at least three ways.

1.One way is through meditation. If a person treats each thought as a meditation, then the person may learn more.

2.As a reason to question what one believes and enhance what one believes. Since all thoughts in this book are neither true or false but are my understandings you can think about them and decide whether they are true are false based on your own upbringing. If you feel that it is false, then I ask you to see how it could be true. You do not have to accept it as true. You can then grow in your understandings based on your own judgment.
