Lushira is the Goddess of Night, one of the members of the pantheon of twenty Gods that watch over the universe. When a simple human peasant named Orlan travels through a magical portal to escape almost certain death, he finds himself in the realm of the Goddess herself. He is content to stay there as a member of her divine temple, but Lushira chooses him to accompany her on an incredible journey across the realms.
