Overview

Fall of 1944, Germany is losing the war. SS leader Heinrich Himmler assigns his best man to lead a company of men on a mission to find a fabled settlement in the mountains above Dresden. If the mission is successful perhaps the morale of the German nation will be lifted and the world will see how mighty the Nazi Army and their leader Adolph Hitler can be. The tide of the war may rest on this mission. In another part of Germany a Jewish father, his son, and a young girl go on the run from the Nazis to escape the death camps. The lives of the soldiers and the Jewish fugitives converge in a place that few have seen. In this place the soldiers, and the fleeing family will find savagery, terror, and a group of people of simple needs. These people are craftsmen, who make toys, and violins, but they are also fierce warriors. The people are known as The Ignob Giants.
