A woman enters a bank with a bomb strapped to her and demands 3 million dollars. She is being coerced to rob the bank by a gang of robbers who tell her that they will detonate the bomb if anything goes wrong. As it happens, a police officer on his lunch break enters the bank stirring the robbers to blow up the bomb, killing everyone inside the bank.
Two weeks later, another woman with a bomb strapped to her enters a bank in a small suburban town. The local police are badly overmatched by the viscous bank robbers who fire constant rounds at them, injuring several police officers. In desperate need of help, the police are lucky to find out that a team of Navy SEAL snipers are training at an Army facility just a few miles away. The SEALs answer the call to action.
They arrive at the scene and are forced to deal with the extreme situation while locked outside of the bank. But things are not what they seemed at first, because the robbers are getting their orders from the last person that anyone would guess.
