CHAPTER 1

BACK AT HALLOWEEN VILLAGE

Pat and Dave who were in charge of Halloween Village, stood in front of their window looking at where the witches were lock up. They had people watching them 24/7, to make sure they will never escape the Village again.

"To this day we are so lucky that the boy's were able to catch the witches," Pat said to Dave.

Dave looks right at his brother.

"I know deep inside that the boy's were so happy that we pick them to be the first ones to come down to Halloween Village."

"That's for sure," said Pat.

The boy's liked Halloween Village and very happy for they were the first mortals to enter the realm of knowledge of knowing the history of Halloween and the village.

"The reason why we wanted the boy's to come down to Halloween Village is to see if the Halloween Man would come out of the woods as we have hoped," Dave said.

Pat looks right at his brother and could not believe what he just heard.

"That is true," Pat said.

"We all thought that the Halloween Man was going to come out of the woods while the boy's we're here, but he didn't."

"The boy's wanted to see the Tree of the Dead because that is when we told them about the witches and where they were at," said Dave.

"The other reason why that they wanted to go into the woods so that they can see if he can come out," Pat said.

"What are you talking about-?" Dave asks

"The Halloween Man," Pat said.

"Oh yeah," Dave reply.

"We thought that maybe if the boy's walked into the woods, the Halloween Man would come out but he never did."

Pat looks at his brother.

"What do you want to do?"

"Good question," said Dave.

"Why don't we head to the crystal ball- so that we can see what the boy's are up to."

"Good idea," said Pat.

"We will head to my wife's room so that we can see what the boy's are doing."

Pat and Dave walk out and were going to Alex's room to where the crystal ball was at, as they were walking towards the room. Pat looked up and saw his daughter's who was walking towards him.

"What are you two doing?" Danielle asks her dad.

"We are going to the crystal ball to see what the boy's are up to," Pat said to his daughters.

"Those boy's were so happy that we chose them to be the first ones to come down to Halloween Village," said Misty.

"You got that right, Misty," Samantha said.

As they were walking to Pat's wife room the door open up and Alex gave them a surprise look. Pat looks at his wife.

"How are you doing?" he asks her.

"Okay you five?" What are you up too?" Alex said.

"We want to see what the boy's are doing?" Misty said to her mom.

"Come on in so that we can see what the boy's are up to."

They all walk into the room and Dave closed the door and walk up to the ball. Pat looks at it and said,

"What is the date in Oak Mill?"

They all look at the ball and in front of them, the ball had in writing, "October 29th."

"That was the day when the boy's arrive here at Halloween Village," said Pat.

"I miss those guys. Danny was so funny," Samantha said.

"You got that right," Danielle said.

"I remember when we were in the secret room back at the Haunted Mansion, and Danny didn't believe us. Then Bobby looked at him and said, "Why don't you run around the room to see if the girls are right?" he ran into a wall and we all laugh."

"Danny was so funny at our haunted house when he wanted to see the bats," Danielle told them.

"Alright," "Alright," Alex looks right at her daughters.

As Alex was looking at her ball, she asks,

"What are the boy's doing?"

They were looking at the crystal ball that is when they saw Danny sleeping in his bed. Than the ball move over to Jeff's house and they saw him sleeping as well. They moved the ball and saw that Bobby was sleeping as well as Adam

Alex turned the crystal ball off and Pat look at all of them.

Pat looks at his brother and said,

"Now we know what the date is back in Oak Mill, and the boy's are sleeping, what should we do now?"

"I know what we can do!" Misty said.

"Why don't we all walk out of the House of Halloween and make sure that everyone is doing well."

Pat looks right at Misty.

"That sounds like a very great idea to me."

"Let's do it," said Dave.

They all walked out of the room and Alex was going to stay in her room while they were going to see if everyone is doing well in Halloween Village. Once they walk down to where the front door was at, Samantha saw a rocking chair going back-and-forth where all of sudden Charles the Ghost was in front of all five of them.

"How are you doing?" Charles the Ghost said to them.

Danielle looks at Charles the Ghost.

"We are doing fine and we just came out of are mother's room, so that we can see how the boy's were doing."

"How are they doing?" Charles the Ghost asks.

"They were sleeping," said Misty.

"The boy's like this place a lot while they were here," Charles the Ghost said.

Dave looks right at Charles the Ghost.

"We are going outside and walked around Halloween Village so that we can make sure that everyone is doing well here."

"Let me open up the door for you," as Charles the Ghost flew over and opens the door for them.

"Thank you," Danielle said.

Once they walk out of the House of Halloween they were looking around and saw the Jack-O-Lanterns lit up, the black cats walking around and Pat looked up and saw the crow flying around.

"That crow had fun with the boy's," said Pat.

Misty looks at her dad and said,

"Remember when the boy's saw the crow for the first time back at the Mills? When Adam saw the crow he said, "We are not the only ones here, because there is a crow here."

Samantha looks at them all and said,

"Here is the flashlight that Charles the Ghost gave them when they first saw him back at the mills."

"These flashlights were the reason why that the witches were caught, because they didn't want to used their magic," said Danielle.

"The boy's also like the clothes as well," said Misty.

"The flashlights had an image of a witch that was flying. That is why the boy's were able to catch the witches," said Samantha.

Danielle looks at Samantha.

"The boy's were not scared at all when they saw a real ghost for the first time."

Charles the Ghost was flying over Danielle when he heard that.

"You got that right, the boy's were not afraid of me at all when they saw a real ghost for the first time." as Charles the Ghost was flying away.

Dave looks around and saw the people and it look like they were doing well.

"It looks like the people are doing well here," Dave said.

"Let's just make sure that they are," Pat told his brother.

As they were looking around Pat saw the kids with their bags of candy in their hands so he walks up to them.

"Did you kids get enough candy?" Pat said.

One of the kids who dress up as a mummy looks right at Pat.

"Yes, we did."

"How are you doing?" Dave asks them.

One of the other kids who dress up as a ghost said,

"We are doing well and thanks for asking."

The other one who dress up as a goblin, said to the other kids,

"Why don't we all go in front of the woods? So that we can see what kind of candy we have?"

"Have fun!" Pat said to them.

The kids were walking towards the woods and as they were heading towards the trees, Dave looks at his brother,

"Why don't we see if the rest of the people are doing good?"

Danielle looked up and notices that Larry the Skeleton and his friends were walking towards them.

"We'll hello," Misty said to Larry the Skeleton.

Larry the Skeleton looks right at Pat and Dave and the girls.

"It's nice to see all five of you. How are you doing?"

"Fine thank- you. We are walking around Halloween Village so that we can make sure that everyone is having fun," said Pat.

"I miss those boys's everyday because they were so happy that we chose them to be the first ones to come down to Halloween Village," Larry the Skeleton said.

"We all miss them," Samantha said.

"We saw them in our mother's crystal ball and they were sleeping back over in their bedrooms and back over in Oak Mill, it is October 29. The day when they arrived here at Halloween Village," Danielle said.

Larry the Skeleton and his friends walked away from Pat and Dave and the girls and Misty looked up and saw the people who dress up as Frankenstein walking past them as they were walking towards the center of the village.

They all headed towards the center of the village because that is where most of the people were at and once they were there, they saw the ghost flying around and also saw the bats as well. Dave looked around and notices that everyone was doing well here at Halloween Village.

"From the looks at things, everyone is doing great."

Pat looks right at Dave.

"It was a good thing that we wanted to walk around here so that we can make sure that the people here were doing well."

"Why don't we all walk back to the House of Halloween," said Pat.

As they were walking back to the House of Halloween, back over, in front of the woods; the kids was in front of the trees to see what kind of candy that they will be getting. They didn't know that the Halloween Man was standing behind the tree's looking right at them. One of the kids who saw a rock on the ground took it and threw it into the woods. The Halloween Man saw the rock and pick it up and threw it back to where the kids were at.

When the kids saw the rock was thrown back at them. One of the kids who were dressed up as a ghost said:

"Someone threw a rock at us!"

One kid who dressed up as a werewolf looks over into the trees and didn't see anyone. So he decided to walk over to the trees to see what was going on. As he was walking towards the trees the Halloween Man look saw the boy walking towards the forest, and threw another rock over the boy's head that frightened the children. They started to scream and ran as fast as they could from the woods to get to their homes.

When Pat and Dave and the girls was walking back to the House of Halloween, Misty heard some screaming and she ran back to the other side of the house and saw the kids running towards the House of Halloween.

"What is going on?" Misty asks the kids.

"Someone threw a rock at us while we were in front of the trees," one of the kids that dress up as a ghost.

When Pat and Dave and the girls heard that they could not believe what they heard from the kids.

Pat looks at Dave and Dave looks at Pat.

"Someone is in the woods," said Pat.

A few seconds later Charles the Ghost fly's towards them to see what was going on and when Pat saw Charles the Ghost he said,

"Head towards the center of the Village," Pat told Charles the Ghost.

"Why?" Charles the Ghost said back to Pat.

"The kids said that someone threw a rock at them back over in the woods and I want everyone from Halloween Village here, so that we can make sure that everyone is okay."

Charles the Ghost was flying towards the center of the village so that he can get everyone to come to where Pat and Dave were at. As Pat and Dave were looking right at the forest, they didn't know? That the Halloween Man was standing behind one of the trees as he was about to come out of the woods for the first time in over six- hundred- years. Dave looks at his brother.

"What should we do?"

"We are going to wait until when everyone is here, so that we can make sure that no one here in Halloween Village is playing games with us."

Back over in the Village, Charles was flying towards everyone and Larry the Skeleton looked up and saw him.

"Pat and Dave want all of you to go to the front of the House of Halloween because he wants to make sure that everyone is here."

"What is going on?" Larry the Skeleton asks.

"The kids were in front of the trees and someone threw a rock at them. That is why Pat and Dave want us to go in front of the House of Halloween, so that they can make sure that everyone is here."

They were all heading towards the House of Halloween, once they got to the front of the house, Pat looks at all of them.

"I want all of you to line up so that we can make sure that we are all here."

As they were lining up back over in the woods the Halloween Man was seeing what was going on and he was going to play a trick on all of them. Once Pat and Dave notices that all of the people from Halloween Village were here, even the ghost as well. Dave knew that something wasn't right, so he and his brother were standing in front of the trees and Pat said out loud.

"WHO IS EVER IN THE WOODS COME OUT!" he shouted.

The Halloween Man heard Pat and he took his hands and blew into them so he can turn off all of the Jack-O-Lanterns. Pat and Dave saw the town people getting very scared. Than the Halloween Man looks at the trees and made them howl as he was shaking back-and-forth the branches of the trees. Pat knew that someone was in the woods.

Then the Halloween Man stops the trees on what they were doing. This time, he blew right back into his hands to turn the Jack-O-Lanterns back on. Now after six-hundred-years, the Halloween Man was going too walked out of the woods. Pat and Dave had no idea what was going to happen next, all they could do is wait.

The Halloween Man took his hands and was blowing white smoke in front of the trees and when Pat and Dave saw the smoke they couldn't believe what they were seeing. For the first time in six-hundred-years, the Halloween Man was going to come out of the woods. As he walked out of the smoky woods, everyone else couldn't believe what they were seeing. The Halloween Man stops and looks at them and said,

"It's me the Halloween Man. Nice to see you all."

Pat and Dave just look at the Halloween Man and could not believe what they were seeing.

CHAPTER 2

The Halloween Man

As Pat, Dave, the girls, and everyone else at Halloween Village was looking at the Halloween Man. The Halloween Man was looking at them as the two men remember that he never changed a bit. Wearing black clothes with a Halloween Pumpkin over his head, Pat turn around and looked right at everyone.

"I will take care of this."

Pat walks up to the Halloween Man and before he was about to say anything to him, that was when the Halloween Man looked right at Pat and Dave and notices that they dressed up as Dracula and he said to the both of them,

"By the look on you faces, you act like you never saw me in over six-hundred-years! Just look at you two. Dressed like Dracula. Do you guys have a thing for him?"

Pat looks at the Halloween Man.

"Hey, we have not seen you in the last six-hundred-years. The last time we saw you; you walked back into the woods and never came out. As for dressing up as Dracula; we like the character for it is not Halloween without him.

I take it that you were the one that threw the rocks at the kids, as well for making the trees shaking? Shame on for scaring them, scolded," Pat said. "You didn't have to make the wind blow to turn off the Jack-O-Lanterns."

"You were scared? Last time I check; you were at a place where- Halloween is all year- round," said the Halloween Man.

Dave looks at the Halloween Man.

"We haven't seen you in years and poof here you are."

"I knew once I walked back into the woods six-hundred-years ago, you guys were going to find the first mortals to come down to Halloween Village so that you can tell them the history of Halloween and the village. You also wanted me to see if I would come out of the woods while the boy's were here but I didn't."

Pat looks at him.

"That is another reason why we wanted the boy's to come to Halloween Village to see if you would come out of the woods. How did you know about the boy's?"

"I'm the Halloween Man; I know what was going on while they were here."

"What do you want from us?" Danielle said.

Pat looks at his daughter.

"Let me take care of this."

Pat looks at the Halloween Man and he looks right at Pat and said,

"You want to know why I am here? In a few minutes you will have your question answered".

In the meantime, the Halloween Man looks right at Larry the Skeleton and his friends.

"You must be the Skeletons that the witches took here to Halloween Village."

"We are the Skeletons," Larry the Skeleton said.

"I see," as the Halloween Man was walking towards the kids.

The Halloween Man looks at all of them.

"I'm sorry about the rocks."

"Don't be sorry Mr. Halloween Man," the one that dress up as a ghost.

Alex looked at the Halloween Man.

"How come we never saw you in my crystal ball?"

"I had the powers to block myself, so that you all would never see me."

The Halloween Man looked right at Samantha and saw the flashlight in her hands.

"Can I see this?" the Halloween Man said to Samantha.

Samantha gave the flashlight to the Halloween Man, and he turns it on, saw the image of a witch.

"You have a cool flashlight," as the Halloween Man gave the flashlight back to Samantha.

Dave looks at the Halloween Man and said,

"Do you want to walk around Halloween Village?"

"Sure. I haven't been here in a very long time."

The Halloween Man looks at all of them and said,

"I only want Pat and Dave to be with me while I'm walking around Halloween Village to see what this place is like. I never walked around when you guys had this finish six-hundred-year ago."

The Halloween Man looked up and saw the crow flying around.

"That crow was the one who gave the boy's the letter to come down to Halloween Village," Pat said.
