Overview

After chasing his two dogs Leviathan and Leviticus through a mysterious portal, S.P.C.A. volunteer worker, Joseph Michaels finds himself in dog heaven. Once he regains consciousness, he learns that his first dog, Tiny is dog heaven's caretaker. He also learns that dog heaven is threatened by Cerberus. Joseph comes to realize he is the only hope to keep Cerberus from taking over. Who will win the final confrontation.
