Bob Brown is a retired Navy Supply Corps Officer and software Program Manager. He spent almost his entire career living and working in San Diego, CA, and both of his children were born and raised there. Bob is currently living with his wife in Pinehurst, North Carolina. People ask whether 'The Gilgal Passage' is the story of Bob's life. It is not. However the situations, personalities, emotions, and Scriptural context contained in the book parallel many of those from Bob's life. In that sense, the theme of 'The Gilgal Passage' -- which is becoming the best we can be by allowing God to guide us -- is really about all of us. In his spare time, Bob enjoys reading, writing, working outdoors, sports of all kinds, studying Scripture, and working within a small group of like-minded authors to present Scripture via books, videos, websites, social media, and other means.
