About the Author

Francisco Orrego Vicuña is currently ambassador of Chile to Great Britain. He is also professor of International Law at the Institute of International Studies of the University of Chile and the Law School of the University of Chile. He is the former vice-chairman and head of the Delegation of Chile to the Law of the Sea Conference.
