It is an introduction to a wonderfully rewarding hobby and great for children and shows that it is neither time consuming nor expensive and, with people today being so interested in healthy eating, yields a wealth of healthy, fresh organic eggs if done properly.
There are also a few simple recipes in the end, all using eggs of course.

I live in Ireland with my husband of 8 years who encouraged me to pursue writing full time. I have always loved to write and read. My writing reflects my heart and soul …me.
