Cleo, Annabelle, and Andy, were young rabbits, who lived in a small cottage with their mother. As they eagerly await the arrival of the Easter Bunny, they color eggs and have an Easter egg hunt with all the other rabbits. Then, a seven foot tall egg appears in the meadow, piloted by none other than the Easter Bunny himself.

Joan Hartmetz was born Joan Burton on may 23, 1938, in Rochester, New York. She is a graduate of East High School.

Joan married Robert Hartmetz in 1959 and they had two children, Richard and David.

Joan has been the Chairperson of the Eastside Women�s Association for more than 30 years, and enjoys writing, walking and traveling to Gettysburg and Lewisburg.
