About the Author

Philip Williams is an author, artist and sculptor. Born in California, Philip moved around the country before settling on the East Coast. A graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill with a BFA in Studio Art, he has enjoyed a successful career creating powerful, gas-welded steel sculptures as well as designing and building unique furniture. One of his large-scale steel angels looks over South Main Street in Davidson, North Carolina.

Philip is a dedicated father of three, a full-time dad, and an avid soccer player.
