Overview

Eighteen-years ago, Earth was destroyed.

Those who survived escaped to the nearest planet of refuge: Vorimiere.
Because of the populations explosive increase, the ruling Galaxy Safeguard was forced to create a law to preserve the planet. Anyone born with a disability was to be killed at birth. These people are called the Defective.

Years later, Corey awakens on Vorimiere without a single memory. It doesn't take long before he discovers that he is the number-one target of a bounty hunter organization, and to make matters worse, he's a surviving Defective. Teaming up with other outcasts seems his only option for survival, and soon Corey is surrounded by a runaway slave, a blind pilot, a smuggling android, and a warrior Fairy on a quest for vengeance.

Time slips quickly through their fingers as Corey and his friends struggle to uncover the truth behind the galaxy's greatest threat before everything they know is obliterated.

About the Author

Hello! I'm Airavis Bell.

So, I have been obsessed with reading ever since I was a kid. I soon grew passionate about writing after finishing series after series and still feeling unfulfilled with their endings-- no matter how good they were, because let's be honest with ourselves, no one likes to say goodbye to their favorite story and characters.

When I began writing, my main goal wasn't to create the best story, but the best characters. What I have always believed is that a good story makes for a good book, but good characters make for great books. To create someone who readers can relate to and be inspired by is something I strive for in every single character that I bring to life. I make sure to give each their own personality, struggles, story and occasionally their own POV.
Although my world building may remind people of other authors, my characters will shine through and be the part that you remember me most by and that draws you back in. This doesn't mean I don't put in a fair share of world-building, mind you. I have often stayed up late into the night trying to create my own, unique world that can draw the reader in and make them feel apart of. You can't have awesome characters that are popped into some lousy, thrown-together plot and poorly created world. To have a good book, a good story and great characters go hand-in-hand, and that is something that I am passionate about creating in each and every one of my books.
