Rich Rubin is a veteran writer having authored fiction for decades. He also spent thirty years writing about travel and food with over 1000 stories in print for Travel & Leisure, Passport (where he was Food and Wine Editor), National Geographic Traveler, Saveur, Bride’s, The Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune, Washington Post, and many others.
