ANCIENT EARTH
Sixty-five million years ago, dinosaurs ruled the earth; life was teeming and the balance was in perfect harmony. Then a meteorite eradicated ninety-eight percent of all living things, leaving the planet an icy desolate wasteland, shrouded in thick clouds of dust. The dinosaurs were wiped out leaving little evidence as to what actually happened. Few species survived the collision but over the millennia, life returned to earth and a new age was born – the age of Man.
MODERN DAY
Earth is healed. The fertile planet is once again at its peak of fertility and prosperity. Water, wind, fire and earth all contribute to the equation of life. Animals flourish, and mankind has staked its claim to the earth as the dominant species. Life is good.
THE DARK ELEMENT
An unknown element is hurtling through space, threatening to upset the balance. The world is ripe and ready for harvest. The essence of earth's life is in peril, and the day of reckoning is quickly approaching. It has returned.
ONE MAN
However, there is one man who can thwart the apocalypse. Kyle Cross is an average twenty-six year-old man. He lives a dull life in a dead-end job with no responsibilities or career aspirations. As he looks forward to another drunken weekend with his lazy pot smoking friends, his life is turned upside down when he is thrust into the middle of an ancient, reoccurring prophecy that threatens all life on earth. And as people begin to die around him, he realises that he may very well be the last hope of all mankind. Has he got what it takes to stop the next mass extinction?
