CHAPTER 1
UNITED STATES
The President of the U.S. Bob Nash, was not feeling well, he had a pain in the upper abdomen and was not hungry and felt like throwing up.
The First Lady, Eleanor, suggested that he have an examination by the white house physician. The President responded by saying "It can wait since I have state business to attend to and besides next month I will have a complete physical". His wife was uneasy waiting almost a month but said," you know best".
The President attended many functions in the next 2 weeks, but his wife noticed that he was getting thinner and still not feeling well, with at times throwing up. The President's skin started to yellow.
Eleanor said to Bob "It looks to me that you are getting sicker, please have the white house doctor look at you".
Since the president did not feel well and it was getting worse, he relented.
Doctor Rosenblume was examining the Vice President of U.S. Mike Elliott when he called. The Vice President had similar symptoms as the president.
Doctor Rosenblume examined both and he found that the Vice President was also not feeling up to snuff, but he turned to the President and he became concerned. Not to show worry he made a joke.
"I had a patient that asked me what he could do to live longer, I told him he would have to give up smoking, drinking, and women. And the patient then asked, "Will that make me live longer?". "I said no, but it will seem like it".
The joke was in poor taste but the joke did the trick. He turned to the V.P. and said for him to go and get more sleep.
Both the President and V.P. did not get much sleep since they were concerned about Iran that by now had developed the nuclear capabilities. It became obvious that they accomplished that feat due to technology from North Korea. Both the President and V.P. were concerned that when they receive the technology to build intercontinental ballistic missals, they will target Israel.
Dr. Rosenblume then examined the President. He checked his hearing, eyes, throat, he listened to his heart, examined the lungs with a stethoscope as the President inhaled and exhaled, Dr. Rosenblume also examined his abdominal cavity by compression of all areas.
Doctor Rosenblume then turned to the president and said, "Mr. President I am scheduling tests for you at Bethesda tomorrow". The president was perplexed that he prescribed sleep to the V.P. but tests for him.
The administrative aide asked," How long will it take at Bethesda".
Doctor Rosenblume said "All morning and asked the President not to eat anything in the morning".
The aid left to reschedule the morning meetings.
That evening the President and his wife were concerned.
He lamented the fact that socialism is progressing at a steady pace, but without him it may not. He started to socialize the major institutions and he felt that if he is not around, the V.P. did not have the foresight to carry on. Oh well he thought, this is just a precaution that doctor Rosenblume prescribed.
Next morning he went to Bethesda for tests. They drew blood, did a complete physical and covered body and internal organ exam. Since this was the President, the analysis was done that afternoon and the results were sent by courier to Doctor Rosenblume with very serious results.
The internal examination showed that there was "something" on the pancreas and also spots on the liver. Dr. Rosenblume gave the bad news to the President and he said "Mr. President you have to go back for sample of the 'something' on the pancreas and liver".
Next day the President did as he was told. It took 3 days to analyze the samples. The prognosis was devastating, The President had cancer of the pancreas and it has metastasized to the liver.
Surgery was out of the question, only radiation and chemotherapy was available to an advanced state of pancreatic cancer.
Chemotherapy and radiation were started. Side affects of chemotherapy were nausea, vomiting, hair loss, and sores in the mouth. The President noticed yellow in the whites of his eyes; also his urine became dark. President relayed this information to the White house Doctor. Dr. Rosenblume said to himself that the prognosis was grim, but he did not express his concern to the President as to the spread of the disease. The only thing that indicated to him that the President had some time was the fact that there was no Diabetes Mellitus yet and no clots forming in the veins. He debated if he should tell the bad news to the President, but decided to tell him.
Dr. Rosenblume made an appointment with the President. Mr. President he began, "The prognosis is not good. I expected the dark urine to come much later, but it is here. So far, there is no evidence of blood clots in veins and your blood sugar is OK". "We will continue with radiation and chemotherapy every week. If, in the near future blood sugar is OK and no blood clots, I estimate you have 4 months. If the radiation and chemotherapy are really successful, the cancer may be checked. The success rate of cure for 5 years after diagnosis of pancreatic cancer is 6%".
After the President was given the bad news, the Vice President, Mike Elliott, fell sick. He had pain in the upper abdomen, he was not hungry anymore and started to throw up. He also started to lose weight, his skin started to yellow. His eyes showed yellow in the white portion of the eye. V.P. is also of Indo-European descent and a practicing Christian.
The V.P. called Dr. Rosenblume and said that," Sleep did not eliminate the bad feeling, and that he had pain in his upper abdomen'. Also, he was not hungry and wanted to throw up. He also indicated that he is losing weight. Dr. Rosenblume was in shock, how can the President and V,. P. have pancreatic cancer, and almost at the same time. Dr. Rosenblume said to the V.P., "it is time to do the same tests as we did for the President". Dr. Rosenblume also said, "the sooner the better". The V.P. was silent, then he spoke. "Dr.Rosenblume do what you think is best and as soon as possible".
Next morning the tests were performed, and 3 days later Dr. Rosenblume received the results and evaluation. The prognosis was almost the same as the Presidents. Dr. Rosenblume said to the V.P., "We have to start radiation and chemotherapy as soon as possible and that is tomorrow. I called Bethesda and they will start treatment tomorrow". Dr. Rosenblume also said," That unless the cancer reverses, you also have only 4 months at best.
Both the President and the V.P. elected just last year by the Democratic Party that had many ideas to help the helpless, but a very short time to put their ideas into practice.
It was not long after the President and V.P. were diagnosed with pancreatic cancer that many in Congress and in the Supreme Court started to exhibit the symptoms of the President and Vice President. Not only the representatives, but also their staff. It became obvious that Dr. Rosenblume and Bethesda could not cope with this situation. Dr. Rosenblume decided to use the local hospitals since there were so many Senate and House members sick with what Dr. Rosenblume determined was pancreatic cancer. Dr. Rosenblume was limited to the surrounding hospitals use since there were many other people sick with pancreatic cancer.
It did not take long. In less than 4 months, the President succumbed to the pancreatic cancer. His wife the first lady and their 2 daughters were at his bedside. Neither the first lady nor the daughters felt well either. The President was buried at Arlington Cemetery with all honors befitting the position of the President. The Supreme Court Chief Justice administered the oath of office to the V.P. By now the V.P. was also almost on his last leg. His family included his mother, his wife and 5 children who were also not feeling well.
The V.P. Mike Elliott became the President and committed himself to carry on the President's agenda to continue to take care of the oppressed. By now at least 1/3 of congress had passed away from pancreatic cancer. Another 1/3 was also sick with pancreatic cancer. Some had lived more than 6 months with good prognosis.
Three of the Supreme court justices died of pancreatic cancer, the rest including chief justice were sick with pancreatic cancer.
It became obvious that in the rest of the country people were getting and dying from pancreatic cancer. Pancreatic cancer was an epidemic resembling the black plague of Europe.
If this continued unabated 1/3 to ¼ of the U.S. population were going to die from pancreatic cancer.
The President started to show other signs of pancreatic cancer. His skin was getting yellow, his urine darkened. He did not develop blood clots in his veins. Dr. Rosenblume asked him if he could come to see him as he had done so many times during the cancer treatment, but this was different. "Mr. President, good that you can see me on this short notice". The President responded by bending his head a couple of times. "Mr. President, as you know, I am evaluating your progress continuously, and I am here because I feel that based on the last evaluation, the disease is attacking your pancreas and liver with a vengeance. At this rate Mr. President based on my extensive experience with this disease, you have 2-3 weeks to live. I bring the bad news only to make you think of succession as soon as possible. Any day now, you may lapse into a coma". The president was silent, and in deep thought, then he said I shall take you advice under consideration, and take action as soon as possible.
The President passed away 2 weeks later, with his wife and 5 children at his side as well as aides and security service. His mother was not at his side since she succumbed to pancreatic cancer one month ago.
The President had a Presidential send off and a Christian burial in Arlington Cemetery.
The house of representatives Sam Adams [Salah Abdul] Speaker of the House was informed. If the President becomes incapacitated or passes away, he is next to take over. So far he has not exhibited any symptoms or has become sick. Adams is of Arabic descent and a practicing Muslim.
Mr. Adams was inaugurated as President for the remainder of the Presidents term—3 years. Mr. Adams so far had not exhibited any of the symptoms as the previous President and V.P. and many of the congress and Supreme Court did. By this time with the attack on Christians and other religions, and even though the country was founded on Christian principles, the country was basically non—believers. All religion was banned from schools based on the principle of separation of church and state. The ACLU became zealots in stamping out any religion from any government buildings grounds et cetera. ACLU could do this with government funding from taxes, and other sources while the defense had to use their own money. There were pockets of Christianity, but were decreasing in numbers. More and more parents of Christian children could not afford to send their children to Christian schools. No religion was permitted in government schools. So that these students essentially became atheists.
This became a perfect time for the Muslim President to force the country into adopting the religion of Islam. With pancreatic cancer killing so many people, he propagandized the fact that this country is now atheistic and that is why Allah is sending the pancreatic scourge upon U.S. The sooner U.S. starts worshiping Allah the sooner the pancreatic scourge will leave the U.S.
The President, without Congressional approval, since Congress was being killed by pancreatic cancer, put out an edict for U.S. to adopt Muslim religion now. He also by now had data that indicted that very few believers in Allah were getting pancreatic cancers. The few that did get pancreatic cancers were explained that they were not true believers. You have to believe in Allah with all your heart and soul not to get pancreatic cancer.
Muslim clerics were brought in from Arab countries to convert atheists to Muslim religion. The armed services were in the process of being converted first. Followed by the rest of the country. The President knew that would take time. He had time, due to the upheaval of pancreatic cancer. There were essentially no Republican opposition, all of congress and Supreme Court was Democratic Socialists, and he was on the surface A Democratic Socialist, but in reality he was a Muslim. He felt once enough people are converted to Islam, that that will not hurt his election but solidify him being elected. He also thought that the Democrats would put in Muslims for congress basically due to pancreatic cancer. He will be elected for 2 terms or 8 years. After that he felt that Islam will be well situated in U.S.
CHAPTER 2GERMANY
Besides the head of state, there was an avalanche of pancreatic cancers. The disease overwhelmed doctors.
The Chancellor Hans Krueger felt not himself, he had pain in the upper abdomen, but decided it was indigestion. He had that afternoon a major meeting with his cabinet to determine if Germany will continue to stay in the European Union. By this time most of the European Union countries were in default monetarily.
Only Germany that was in the European Union was prosperous. Germans are very proud people and would not take hand outs from the Government unlike the other European Union members. Germany had bailed many other Union members, but the bail out was temporary. Germany tried but did not succeed in getting the other European Union member countries to get their Houses in order. That was not to be. The Socialist Democrats in power in those countries were in control. They depended on the handout voters to elect and reelect them to the Government at the expense of any other party. As a consequence, the possibility of any substantial change was not in the making. Their attitude was "We will deal with the problem later". Well later is now, and if Germany did not continue to bail these other European Union countries, they would be in default. The prognosis was dyer; Germany was shuddering to think what would happen to these countries including Germany.
Germany was interlocked with these countries in trade and therefore the goods produced by German Manufacturing required the European Union members to purchase these items manufactured by Germany. If that stopped, they would have to find markets elsewhere. The European Union represented 80% of the outlets. To find 80% more markets in a short time will be short of impossible.
The Chancellor started the meeting," Good afternoon ladies and gentleman, we have a decision to make, if we want to stay in the European union. Since now we have the same money as the rest of Europe. It will be very hard to introduce our own money as well as establish the worth of the new mark". Cabinet Member Peter Wolfe, "I would support staying in the Union even if we have to bail the other members out. I believe to create new money and establishing its worth will be short to impossible. It in my opinion, it would be cheaper to bail the countries out". Another Cabinet Member Mr. Heinz Renner state, "We were there before and we still have the same problem facing us today, I vote to pull out of the Union".
The other Socialist Democracies kept creating more and more government dependence, and the working class kept shrinking. If not now, later will be much more harder to pull out. The Chancellor noticed that many of his cabinet members looked sick. He asked each," If they were O.K.", half of his cabinet members felt that they were coming down with intestinal flu.
Since the Cabinet could not get the majority vote to pull out of the union, he ended the meeting.
Next morning he and some of the cabinet members decided to see their doctors.
Chancellor's doctor asked," What is the problem that you had to see me on such short notice".
Chancellor was in to see his doctor just 2 weeks ago. The doctor gave him a complete physical including complete body scan and blood work. He was found to be in excellent physical shape.
"Well doc.", the Chancellor responded," I have this pain in the upper abdomen that will not go away, no matter what I take to settle my stomach".
The doctor examined the Chancellor, and found nothing to suggest anything other than an upset stomach. He gave the Chancellor medication to settle his stomach, and sent him on his way.
