About the Author

Kimberley A. Tessmer, R.D., L.D., has been working as a dietitian since 1992. She owns and operates Nutrition Focus, a consulting practice for weight management, menu development, and other nutrition-related subjects. Tessmer is the author of many books, including Tell Me What To Eat If I Have Celiac Disease, Tell Me What To Eat If I Have Inflammatory Bowel Disease, The No-Wheat Cookbook, Your Nutrition Solution To A Healthy Gut, and others.

An award-winning registered dietitian, chef, culinary nutrition educator, and author, Stephanie Green, RD, received her degree in nutrition from UT Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, and attended culinary school in Arizona. She has taught nutrition and the culinary arts at several nationally recognized schools over the past decade. She also has worked as the chief research nutritionist at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania General Clinical Research Center. She shares her love of cooking seasonal produce in her digital magazine, Green's Cookery, whicht helps people create nutrient-dense, produce-centric dishes.
