Set several years prior to the events in 'Confessions of a Call Center Junkie: The Diary of Lellow', we see a struggling Lellow at her lowest point with drugs and alcohol completely immersed in her life before meeting her soon to be best friend Gia. They form an inseparable bond with each other as Lellow works to get her life back in order with help from therapy sessions and Narcotics Anonymous meetings. Getting clean and maintaining sobriety is battle for anyone Lellow learns as she has to work through her addiction problems while also struggling to maintain her life as a customer service representative, being subjected to mental and sexual abuse, her love life which includes feelings towards two men who she currently works with, and life as a sponsor in her N.A. meetings. Confessions of a Call Center Junkie was Lellow's diary in her own words. The Chronicles of Lellow showcases the real Lellow, without the mask of her own words. About the Author

E.Nigma started his writing prowess as a script writer initially, with dreams of seeing his work on the big screen. His first script "The Afflicted" was based on a dream he had one night, and thus began the first work of many by E.Nigma.

His first feature work that was filmed was a youtube video created by HeavenandHell Entertainment, which filmed a short based on E.Nigma's popular series, The Professionals. E.Nigma's followed that up with his first feature film entitled "Twisted Affair" which he wrote, edited, and directed. After other various film shorts he wrote and directed, E.Nigma dabbled with animation, where he created a series based on his characters from the aforementioned "The Professionals" which garnered a cult following.

Even though E.Nigma had turned his attention towards more video/animation work, he never stopped his first love of writing. In 2016 he completed his first novel work with "Confessions of a Call Center Junkie - The Diary of Lellow" which is a diary writing of a character trying to maintain her sanity through stress and rehab. Currently, he's working to create books on his most popular scripts.
