About the Author

M. K. (Marni) Graff Marni Graff is the award-winning author of The Nora Tierney Mysteries, set in England, which garnered Best Classic British Mystery from Chanticleer Media for the first two books in the series and is shortlisted for the third. The Blue Virgin introduces Nora, an American writer living in Oxford who involves herself in a murder investigation to clear her best friend. The Green Remains and The Scarlet Wench trace Nora’s move to the Lake District where murder follows her. In process is The Golden Hour, set in Bath, England. Graff’s new Manhattan series, Death Unscripted, features nurse Trudy Genova, a medical consultant for a New York movie studio and is a finalist for an Independent Author’s Network award for Best Mystery. This new series, based on Marni’s favorite nursing job, is one her friend and mentor, P. D. James, insisted she write. She has a degree in English Lit, studied Gothic Mystery at Oxford University in England, and enjoys attending St Hilda’s Mystery and Crime Conference in Oxford. She also wrote articles for Mystery Review magazine for seven years as she studied writing, where she interviewed many of the authors whose work she admired. Marni is co-author of Writing in a Changing World, a primer on writing groups and critique techniques. She writes crime book reviews at Auntie M Writes (http://auntiemwrites.com) and is Managing Editor of Bridle Path Press, an author’s cooperative.
