About the Author

Jim Morrison originated The Before-Baby Book in the pre-marital counseling sessions and parenting workshops he led while serving for over a decade as a youth and family pastor. He recognized the need for a comprehensive resource that would prepare couples for parenthood by helping them to discover and discuss their thoughts, feelings, expectations, and values in regards to the exciting but often daunting journey of parenthood. The parent of two fantastic boys himself, he understands the issues and scenarios that parents experience while raising children. Jim received a B.A. in Human Development from the University of the Pacific.
